Dead End Sky

Bio

Dead End Sky was formed in 2013 by original Five Finger Death Punch vocalist Kyle Zemanek. He spent the last few years writing and had around 70 songs. In late 2012, it was time to pull the trigger and refine the tracks he created with a group of accomplished musicians. Dan Bartlett (bass), Rich Abronson (lead guitar) and Masa Oishi (drums) joined and this project quickly took on a new life evolving into a new contender for hard-rock, worldwide dominance. In December, 2012 they hit world famous NRG recording studios in North Hollywood with veteran engineer Josh Newell (Linkin Park, Avril Lavigne) to begin tracking their much anticipated debut album.

Dead End Sky’s self-titled debut album was mixed by acclaimed producer/mixer Brian Virtue (30 Seconds to Mars, Chevelle, Puddle of Mudd, Jane’s Addiction, Taylor Swift, All That Remains, Shadows Fall). It was mastered by Paul Logus (Stone Sour, Anthrax, Volbeat, Hellyeah). The skill, style and experience of these veteran producers put the perfect finishing touch on this debut.

Dead End Sky’s soaring vocals, crushing rhythms and dark, heartfelt ballads are the definition of Modern Hard Rock in 2014. Stay tuned for new tracks coming online soon.
